The Career & Internship Expo is held each spring and fall through the Dedman College of Hospitality. Up to fifty of the top hospitality organizations participate and travel to Florida State University in search of the best and brightest students to recruit.

Early registration opens November 4
Rooms for one-on-one interviews are available on the day of each Expo and for the two days following the event. Participating companies also are invited to conduct informational presentations prior to each Expo. Rooms for interviews and presentations can be requested during checkout when registering through Eventbrite.
Sponsorship opportunities are available to organizations wishing to boost brand recognition and prominence. Sponsorship funds support student participation and help establish an endowment for future events. For more information, see the Sponsorship section below.

Registration
Early registration ($350) is available November 4 to December 13. Afterwards, regular registration ($400) rates are available.
Each price includes the luncheon and an 8’ x 6’ booth for two representatives. Additional representatives can be added for $35 each (includes luncheon). Each 8’ x 6’ booth comes with a 6’ table, pipe and drape, and two chairs. Electrical hookups can be requested (when registering online).

Sponsorship
Organizations interested in boosting their name recognition should consider becoming a sponsor of a Career & Internship Expo. Sponsorship is essential to the success of the event. The funds are used to support student participation, organize and advertise the event, and help establish an endowment for future events and scholarships.
