Dr. Danielle Park is an assistant professor at the Dedman College of Hospitality, Florida State University. Her research applies big data and business analytics to technology-driven service innovation, as well as technology-induced stress and coping behaviors among customers in the hospitality industry. She obtained both her Master’s and Ph.D. in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Soongsil University in Seoul, South Korea.
